Othmane Fatnassi
Founder, Eloquium

My name is Othmane Fatnassi. As a lifelong learner driven by curiosity, I recognized early on that opportunities to excel in debate and public speaking were scarce for emerging talents. This realization inspired the creation of Eloquium: a program designed to meet that unmet need with uncompromising standards of excellence.
My professional training in medicine — currently pursued at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Marrakech — has instilled rigor, discipline and empathy, qualities that underpin my entrepreneurial approach. In July Summer Camp 2023, I channelled those strengths into founding the Public Speaking Club at FMPM, and since then (2023‑2024 and 2024‑2025) I have led it as president, helping members build confidence and clarity.
After earning multiple national debate titles, it became clear that true mastery is more than a series of wins; it’s a culture. That realization, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, led me to open the doors of elite debate training to the next generation of thinkers and leaders — young people who are ready to sharpen their arguments, command the stage, and grow together. Eloquium is the place where their ambition meets opportunity, and where they transform potential into power.
